Wildcrafting with Weeds & Invasive Species — A 4-part class with Atlas Obscura, July 9th - 30th
Weeds are plants that, often for lack of fitting into a manicured lawn or garden, have gotten a bad rap. But many of them are full of medicinal properties that, when properly wielded, can turn these tenacious plants into powerful allies. Online Plant Walk, March 30th
Online walks focus on edible and medicinal plants and fungi found in the Northeastern United States and throughout temperate regions of the world. You’re invited to rethink so-called weeds like dandelion, burdock, mugwort, and nettles while exploring safe and ethical wildcrafting. Train your attention to detail and discover how heightened awareness of local land can bring you into deepened relationships with your body and with Earth.

Rewilding Through Boxing
Boxing has been an essential part of Vanessa’s healing & personal rewilding practice. She began training as a pro fighter in 2002 and coached boxers of all levels (often integrating meditation & herbalism) in NYC for over 15 years. She now offers limited small group and one-on-one sessions in Western Massachusetts with occasional workshops in NYC & Cambridge. Contact Vanessa to inquire. Group boxing training is an optional part of most retreats.
